In this episode I talk about my personal noticing practice, what it is, how special it has become to me. I tell stories about how noticing felt more confusing at first before I decided to make a conscious effort.

I went from blaming nature for being behind or ahead of schedule to genuinely curious about what I could find in my explorations each day. Shifting the focus of my noticing from problem seeking to expansive joy has been an incredible shift in my life, and I invite you to give it a try.
