My main objective is to make sure that you have the right information to help you make an informed choice about when and why you might work for free.

Please don't panic if you have been asked to work for free because it has happened to everyone from those just starting out right up to Hollywood superstars.

This episode covers FIVE main areas to help you make more informed and confident choices:

1. Define your benefits order of priority - is it money, promo, fulfilment?
2. If there is no material rewards then make sure you are working on your own terms
3. Work out if you are being asked to form a fair creative partnership or does it feel like an unfair business relationship?
4. Value your free time because this supports your mental well being which will support your creativity
5. Define your favours early on in the process
