When I say intent for your team, I am talking about the people surrounding you, the ones routing for you, the ones with whom you share your dreams, and the ones who push you constantly out of your comfort zone. People on your left and right hand propelling you into greatness and supporting you all the way. They are waiting at the finish line. These are your parents, family members, friends, mentors, coaches, industry leaders, and colleagues.
I usually talk and surround myself with highly motivated people, self-driven individuals. World changers, destiny shakers, and purpose-driven leaders, I wonder if I am talking to one of them right now?
