Description

Criticism has a way of surfacing when life shifts—whether in our relationships, work, or spiritual journeys. In this episode, I share some reflections on how to face criticism in the middle of transition with honesty, care, and hope. It’s a short conversation to help you walk through hard moments without losing sight of peace and wholeness.

Reflection Questions:

* What does your internal criticism feel and sound like?

* When does it show up?

* Are there any specific phrases or beliefs that seem to visit too long as you are on your way?

* On external criticism, are you staying connected to something that is toxic for you?

* If so why and what would it take to let that go?

* How can you let it go and maintain your relationships?

* What can you focus on that you can control this week that would be beneficial and helpful for your own formation and walk with God?
