One of the background conversations in the YLST in this third week is about the crucial element of matrix. Matrix is the substance in you that catches consciousness.
You gain access to new possibilities to choose from when you refine, expand and increase your ability to catch consciousness. Consciousness and responsibility are two facets of the same coin. Meaning when you become more conscious, you reflexively become more responsible. Not through force but through organic unfolding of your Being in contact with the world. In a culture of radical responsibility, there is joy and ecstasy in having more power to be responsible for your choices, stories, declarations, questions and actions.
In Possibility Management, we orient towards building matrix at the fastest — which also means resilient and therefore organic — rate possible. In the Year Long Spaceholder Training, we are on a journey to build a particular kind of matrix: one that is oriented towards building more matrix.
