Description

Hope isn’t something we have to wait to feel - it’s something we can intentionally cultivate, even in our difficult seasons. In this reflective meditation, you’ll gently notice what may be pulling you away from hope, remember moments when something went right or someone showed up as a helper, and create a little more space in your heart for hope to grow. You’ll leave with a reminder that hope and hard feelings can coexist - and that choosing to notice what’s good can help you meet the world with a little more possibility.

This meditation was inspired by the conversation between Cameron Atlas and Emily Beston episode 37 of The Edge of Possible Podcast. If you feel called, please support us and our growing community over on Apple Podcasts or Spotify - I’m the producer of The Edge of Possible and Cameron is my husband :) We have a very small team that works hard each week to bring you the stories, insights and meditations to help you unlock your edge.
