A recent trip to the central library...on an auspicious day...Japanese music filled my ears as we collectively celebrated 70 years of two nations' diplomatic and cultural union. At this particular Japan Day celebration, I was reminded how amazing 4 distinct seasons are. And I knew I wanted to do a guided meditation exploring what those natural cycles could symbolise for our inner landscape.
I hit record with pretty much no script planned.
