What up Fermented Folks!
As we remember those who lost their cultural identities, land, and ways of life so that the United States could become a thing, let's try taking a look at colonial encroachment as an entire species (humans) looking through the proverbial glass at visitors from another planet--or I guess, a whole other dimension, really.
This film by Good ol' Villeneuve has a star-studded cast, a cavalcade of prestigious awards, and a permanent place in the Sci-Fi Classic Lexicon. Doesn't mean we can't find a way to hate on it though! Tune in and see what we think.
