Ideas are great. They help us innovate, grow, succeed, and survive as a species. But ideas can be damaging too. Unhealthy belief systems can hold us back and keep us from achieving happiness and fulfillment. Since they can do good and harm, we have to be very very careful what ideas we attach ourselves to. This episode discusses the two faces of ideas, the dark side of our attachments, and how we can make sure to follow and create the most healthy ideas for us in our lives so that we can guarantee our happiness and fulfillment.
