Following last week’s interview episode with Cassie Uhl, I felt inspired to talk about the traditional rules of content creation, and I wanted to give us all permission to break them.
A lot of times these rules were created in a corporate environment, driven by the need to make money. But as mindful content creators, we’re here to do things differently, to be driven by our own creativity and desire to connect with our communities. To do this in a way that feels fully aligned and authentic, we have to loosen our grip on the rules we were told to follow. We are not corporations, we are creators. I offer six rules that we can break (or redefine) if they are no longer serving us.
Which rules do you want to break? Are there other rules you resist that I don’t list here? I invite you to share your insights with me and the community over on Substack. Head to themindfulcontentcreator.substack.com.
