Description

It all started with my Olympic lifting coach saying to me, "Why are you making it LOOK so hard?!" From then on, I developed an intense commitment to focusing on aligning my body's reactions with my purpose and effort.

To that end, I wanted to share my version of the 'Anatomy of Happiness', which are the manifest ways that we can bring our body into perfect alignment with our natural state of fluid happiness. It all starts with the feet, which lay the foundation for our ability to squat and jump and sprint (ankles-knees-hips), thus transferring power via the core and diaphragm (breath) into our upper frame (chest, shoulders), so that we can wear the crown of achievement (face, eyes). My marriage to the mind-body connection keeps me loyal to the principles of timeless energy, and they can only be unlocked once we train ourselves to honor our innate function and form.

This is just surface tension, for what lies within us is far more profound than what lies without us... BUT, we still need to better understand the why's and what for's behind our anatomical structure. Our discussion does not end here, though we have set the stage for the beautiful dance of Life.
