The way you feel with your partner is a direct reflection of the way you feel about yourself in their presence.

We often give all of the credit (or blame) for how we feel in a relationship to the other person. But really, the way that we feel about any relationship overall is mostly based on how we see ourselves in the context of that relationship - our relationship self-image.
In this episode I give a personal example about how my relationship self-image had me holding on to someone who was completely wrong for me because of how great I felt about ME when I was with him. I teach you how to use the concept of self image to get over your ex, and to move forward in your current and future relationships embodying exactly the self image you want to hold.
