I know you've heard this before, but I don't know if you really believe it yet: self-care isn't selfish. Love, success, beauty and happiness are not finite resources. And taking excellent care of yourself doesn't detract from those around you. In fact, the more you love yourself and care for yourself, the better off your loved ones, patients and community will be.
