So good that we’re having them for Christmas morning breakfast this year! Even the Professor liked them. Visually, they aren’t quite as attractive as you’d hope (gooey banana and gooey cheese look a little off-putting) but they are very tasty and easy to prepare. I plan to go to the deli counter for the thinly sliced ham next time so I can get longer slices that wrap all the way around the bananas...
