It’s not easy for me to share embarrassing moments in my life, especially when they involve kitchen mistakes. I am proud of what I create in the kitchen and consider cooking art not less than writing. So, my disappointment level skyrockets when I’m not happy with the final result.
Listening to Mark and Samantha empathize with my story and share their embarrassing moments was both comforting and hilarious. It reminded me that we all have our awkward moments, and some of them we wish we could forget.
I chose to laugh about this disastrous brunch and am grateful for the amusing stories I can share with you. I'm also grateful that I'm healthy and can keep cooking every day. I've made many mistakes on my cooking journey, but that's what made me an excellent chef.
