Description

Being with what is is shorthand for being with ourselves. Yet this can bring up uncomfortable feelings or something else we're avoiding. What happens when we can be with what is? What happens when we don't? What's in it for us and how does your body play into this?  This week I read from David Whyte's Winter of Listening.  I invite you to pause at multiple points during the many passages of this poem to notice your experience and affirm what feels good.
