I love food and beer pairings. Between two breweries and a distributor, I probably hosted more than thirty beer dinners, lunches, breakfasts, whatever. Dr. Bryan Le, from Mendocino Food Consulting, comes on the show to tell us why food and beer make such great pals and the science behind our favorite pairings.
