Description

As we begin a new year, we often turn our attention outward - toward goals, relationships, and the world we hope to heal. But what if love for others, and even love for the Infinite, begins somewhere closer to home?

In this New Year’s reflection, I share a personal story about the first time I truly saw myself — not through the lens of judgment or appearance, but through connection, presence, and soul. It was a moment that gently reshaped how I understand love for self, and why it’s not selfish, but essential.

This reflection explores the Three Loves that guide my work: love for self, love for others, and love for the Infinite Mystery beyond our understanding. Wherever you find yourself on that path, my hope is that you might begin this year giving yourself a little more grace, and the courage to see yourself with love.
