Hi, friends.
To say it’s been a week is perhaps the understatement of the year thus far. If you’re feeling the stress of the news, work, life, whatever it might be, I hope this meditation helps you to find a way to breathe a little freer. There’s no way to attend to any of the things that are going on in this world if we can’t find ourselves where we are.
So let’s take some breaths, find our exhale, and give ourselves a few moments just to be.
