Hello, hello, friends. How are you? How’s your week been?

We often spend time with the exhale on Fridays and sometimes we talk about letting go. I wonder if there’s something that’s come up over the week that you’d like to shift, something that could better serve you in the letting go than the holding on. Or maybe there’s some built up tension in your body from all that life is in this moment and the exhale can be that pressure release.

However you are today, whatever you may be carrying or holding onto, I hope that this practice with the exhale and invitation to let go helps you feel a little lighter.
