Hello and good morning!
As I write to you this morning, it is still dark outside, but have you noticed that the light is returning? I looked outside last night at 6:16pm and the sun was still in the process of setting. I think it’s the first time that I really felt the shift in daylight this season.
To start the day and the week, we have a quiet little breath meditation this morning. We’re finding some flow, keeping things simple. We’re also keeping this sense of invitation: inviting the mind to settle, not forcing anything to happen.
