Hello, friends. How are you?
I’m finding myself a little speechless this morning. I’ve had a weird week. How’s your week been? Busy? Maybe also weird?
Today, we’re finding the possibility of stillness and quiet in the middle of all that’s happening around us. I like this sense of a still point because I think it allows us to take in more of what’s going on. It can also help leave space to check in with ourselves. There’s so much to take in and to do, what is it to stop moving for a few moments and just be here with what is?
Whatever your week has held, I hope this meditation helps you to find a point of quiet, maybe even a little rest for your body and mind in this practice of being still.
