Hello friends. How are you?
We’re working with connection in all the places that it shows up today. I’m going to let this meditation speak for itself as there’s a little bit more talking up front, but I want to be clear that maybe connection isn’t what resonates with you today. Maybe there is something adjacent or maybe just finding the openness to see if something is here you didn’t expect.
Some of meditation’s most impactful benefits sort of sneak up on us sometimes, I think. We find them at the grocery store when we’re waiting in line and we’re feeling more patient. We see it in the way we’re more present for friends and conversations. Meditation’s impact on all these little connections can be subtle or all at once and no way is better than any other.
