I’ve spent most of this week a little confused on the date. For instance, I thought yesterday was today. There’s been a lot of sudden news and changes which only adds to the sense of confusion in place and time. Maybe you’ve had a similar week or something entirely different. Whatever the last few days of held for you, maybe finding a little shift sounds nice.

Today, the exhale is our practice. You can take this meditation any time to help bring you into your weekend or otherwise move some energy. I hope you’ll let the exhale guide you into what you need most today.
