Hello and good morning, friends.

We’re spending just a few minutes together to start our week. If you’ve been here for a little bit, you know I love the start of new week.

I also love the start of a new month, which is coming up quickly.

By May 1, there will be new classes added to the schedule, both online and in person. We’ll have walking and seated meditations as well as the return of lovingkindness class.

On May 1, we’ll also start a little bit of time focused on beginning or coming back to practice. We all wander off some times or have trouble even starting, so we’re going to take it easy. This isn’t a formal 30 Day Sit, but it is a week or so of invitations to be here. So it’s a good time to become a daily subscriber if you’ve been considering. If there is any hesitation based on finances, please just reach out.
