Hello and good morning, friends. Happy Monday.

We started bringing in this sense of invitation last week with the idea of beginning a meditation practice or beginning again. We’ve moved through a couple of other invitations, all to help you explore the practice a little bit.

Today, we’re focused on slowing down. You might think about your day and the week ahead and think maybe there’s a lot to do or a feeling of being behind already. Whether you’re in that space or an entirely different one, I really hope that these ten minutes of breath and being still can help you slow down. And I hope this sense of slowing down brings in a little more presence and focus when you need it. I know for myself when I feel rushed or stressed or like there’s a lot going on, sometimes the best thing I can do is step back and breathe.
