Hello and good morning, friends. How are you?
Starting off a day, a week, a moment with the intention of finding the easy points always feels like a little bit of relief to me. As if the breath in these moments could guide us to a place where the tension in our bodies relaxes and we can go with the flow of what is here in this moment. I do think it can do that, even if for a moment.
