Hello, friends. Good morning. How are you?

We have made it to Monday once more. Today’s meditation is hopefully supportive to the start of your week, this new day. I know that especially on days like a traditional Monday, we’re often ready to rush off to whatever is on our list, but I hope you’ll take today’s meditation as an invitation to pause, connect to the breath, to maybe find a little ease before that rushing or whatever else your day might hold.
