Hello hello, friends. How are you? How’s the day?
As many of you know, I love a new month, day, moment. One of the things meditation practice has taught me is that we can begin (or begin again) as many times as we need, with whatever we might be doing. So today’s invitation is to meditation. If you’ve had a practice, have wanted one, have thought about it numerous times, have fallen on and off the a million times, etc, today is especially for you.
Maybe you have a meditation practice already, but there’s something else in your life that you’ve wanted to start doing or learning. I hope today inspires you to start or start again whatever is calling to you.
