Hello hello, friends.

Monday’s here again. How are you?

For today, we’re keeping a bit of this beginning again feel to things, remembering that the breath is an excellent example of how this is done. As distractions come up, we can remember that each exhale is a letting go, each inhale the opportunity to be with the moment. So we’re in this flow of being with what arises and letting it go.

I know Mondays can be especially distracting, but I hope you’ll remember to keep things easy, without judgement. Again, allowing the ease of the breath to guide the mind as well.
