We are indeed together again on a Monday. Today, we’re spending time with quiet and this intention of holding some ease and chill. When distractions arise, we’re keeping it easy. Maybe just knowing that for the next few minutes, all you have to be is right here with the breath brings a sense of that too.
Whatever we practice in our meditation has the possibility of coming into other aspects of our lives. If finding a little more ease and chill sounds nice for your day, being with that sense in these few minutes is one way to help bring that into other times of the day. Sounds nice to me.
