Hello and good morning, friends. How is your day?

We're spending time over the next few days exploring what it is to slow down. If you feel like life has you going and going and going and… then these meditations are going to be especially for you. If you feel like your mind can’t slow down during meditation (or otherwise), I hope you’ll also explore how having this intention might help.

Slowing down is not about any kind of forcefulness. Instead, it’s a steady and gentle process of feeling into it: noticing tension and letting it go, noticing the way you feel rushed and what it feels like to relax, and so on. I hope this practice (and the ones over the next few days for daily subscribers) help each of us find ways to slow down and connect to the moment we’re in.
