Hello and good morning, friends. How are things?
We’re here again at the start of the week. I thought perhaps a nice way to be together this morning is a practice of attention. We’ll spend time with the breath, but also noticing what’s here in us and around us.
I hope that finding time for this practice helps whatever your day might hold. I know it’s especially easy sometimes on a Monday (or any day) to rush off to whatever seems important. But slowing down, taking it in, bringing our minds to being just right here can help us be more present for whatever’s next. I hope you find that to be true.
