Hello and good morning, friends.

I’m thinking a lot today about the changing times we’re in and the shifts of late summer. Maybe you’ve got your own things happening that are leaving you feeling a little ungrounded. Maybe the world feels a little ungrounded. Whether you’re feeling a little of that or not, finding a kind of steadiness at any point in the day I think feels nice.

Today, that’s what we’re holding in our practice: finding a little steadiness, finding that still point in the breath that can act as an anchor. You can take that anchor, that feeling of steadiness out of meditation with you and into the day, coming back to it whenever you might need, if you do.
