Hello and good morning, friends.

I know on a Monday morning you might be like “slowing down? No… I gotta go!” And if that’s the case, I hope you will especially take these ten minutes to be with the breath today.

It’s one of my favorite things to be reminded to notice how you’re holding the coffee mug or to take a look at the sky. You may indeed be running late or feel like there’s a need to be quick about something, but even in that can part of you feel steady in the rush? Let’s see what a bit of breath brings to the day.
