Before anything else, I want to say that I am deeply grateful for to the daily subscribers who have been so understanding while I took a couple of days away this week following the passing of my beloved cat, Maus. It makes a big difference to be able to step away.

To ease back into our regular schedule, today’s offering is one of our shorter breath breaks. Let’s take a couple of minutes to just breathe and be to end the week.
