Welcome to September. I’m so happy we’re here together.

Today’s meditation is holding this idea of beginning again along with our intentions for the month. Perhaps more meditation is your intention. Perhaps finding more presence in the every day. Maybe it’s something entirely different.

However you approach today’s meditation, we’re staying with the breath, letting our intentions hold in the background, and practicing this incredible act of beginning again with each breath.
