Hello, friends. How has your week been?

We’re spending time sort of decompressing at the end of the week (if it as such for you). This is a great meditation for after your work week ends or maybe taking some time as you shift into your nighttime routine.

This week has been a lot for a lot of reasons and I hope that this practice of the exhale will help you to take a little time away from All The Things and find rest for your mind and body.
