Hello and good morning, friends.

Today’s meditation is a little breath and quiet, a little intention, or maybe a whole lot of both? We’ll see how things go.

We’re winding down the month and so maybe intentions are on my mind. I have a lot of ideas for October and what I’d like it to hold. But that’s still a couple of days away, so I find myself asking what I’d like today to be like? Not just what I’d like to or need to get done, but what would I like the day to feel like? Something that’s not connected to my productivity necessarily, but something more internal than that.

So that’s our offering today: we’re with the breath and finding a little intention for our week ahead.
