As we often do on Fridays, we’re spending a little time with the exhale. I know that I often find myself holding my breath or maybe not breathing fully. Whatever it is, there’s some sort of feedback happening with the breath. Maybe you have found this happens to you too? Today, we’re just allowing ourselves to spend some time with the exhale, sensing in to how it feels to let things go, to reset. Or maybe there’s something else here for you in the quiet today.
Whatever you might find in today’s meditation, I hope it’s just what you need.
