Hello and good morning, friends. How are you?

I’ve been awake for some time, but it still feels like a slow and sleepy start to the day. I’m noticing the quiet of the morning (well, aside from the tiny dog snores), allowing it to sink in, something I can take with me for the day.

I’m hoping that if you need it, you’ll find a little quiet here too: something that feels like a good start to whatever your day might hold.
