Hello and good morning to you. How are you?

We’re starting our day and our meditation off a little differently this morning.

The invitation today is to find a little happiness before we settle in and to let that feeling be with us in this meditation. It’s easy to get sort of sucked up into the things that bring us down, especially in the world today.

I know that my struggles with chronic migraine lately have brought a lot of unhappy times. Maybe you’ve got something in your life that has left you feeling similarly. And that’s okay. I remind myself that this is a season and that someday things will shift for me as they will for you too.

This morning is a rare breath of being pain free and feeling light. So I hope a little of that comes through this meditation for you too, whatever you might need.
