Authenticity in business = easier said than done. Don't believe me? Ask yourself:
- How often do you think you (subconsciously) think or feel: "who am I to do that?!"
- How much do you hold back for fear 'it' won't be accepted?
- Can you notice yourself adapting and morphing into slightly different versions of yourself based on the company you're in or who's potentially watching?
Thought as much. Know why? ...Because you're HUMAN. Just like me.
