This episode is about the tendency to try to make everything okay for everyone else all the time, and about how futile, exhausting and sometimes annoying it can be. It's about overcoming that tendency and learning how to shift the focus back onto our own feelings, which are the only feelings we can truly manage. It's about trusting our loved ones to be able to handle some of the more uncomfortable feelings like disappointment, anxiety, etc, and learning how to be there without trying to fix everything or save anyone. It's also about parenting!
