I am trying something different - 60 second or so short videos of insight in the hope this serves you, and helps feed our collective curiosity, which are also repurposed onto the podcast too.
This reflection was filmed/taken at Southbourne beach on the south of the UK, hence you can hear the gorgeous sea lapping the sand.
