Thank you to my over 250 subscribers, many of you have been with me for at least 5 of the past 10 years of my meandering personal journey, and thank you to my new subscribers. Welcome.
As you will see in the above video, this platform will take a gear-shift in a super intentional direction with immediate effect, towards modelling and gesturing towards more healthy masculinity within the workplace, and beyond.
I love long known and felt that businesses have the biggest platform for change, yet also house some of the most harmful practices, cultures, and business models.
I have to be honest, I have steered away from this until now. Confused about what is ultimately ‘mine to do’ in all of the messiness of life.
However, our workplaces and geopolitics, which are still dominated by men so-called leaders, are in such an unhealthy state, generally, that it feels important to utilise my inside multinational business experience, global network, and personal journey to invite others to take this journey towards healthier masculinity, and all the goodness that can bring, at home, at work, and in society.
