Ihya502 is a new podcast for the Louisville Muslim community. This podcast, developed & hosted by Hamza Foy, will feature short-form episodes ranging between 30-45 minutes per episode and comes in three formats:
* Muslim Musings: A guest from our Muslim community is brought on to discuss a common topic affecting our community. This guest can be a layperson, an imam, a business owner, or a professional. This is meant to bring our community together to consider and think about topics we find to be important to our Louisville Muslims.
* Read Between the Lines: A segment where my wife & I will discuss a book we have read, whether fiction or non-fiction, which we hope may give others books to potentially look into themselves.
* Suhba Roundtable: This roundtable will discuss topics or issues that is of common discussion among Muslims. The Suhba is a long running collective of young men who aspire to improve themselves as individuals, members of the community, and to implement their Deen.
I am excited for this podcast and hope you are too. This podcast is in its formative stage and much of its format is liable to change, especially based on feedback.
