Description

Welcome to the Women Writing podcast. In this episode, I’m taking a coffee break with author Kelly Watt. Check out Kelly’s Women Writing feature here.

Kelly Watt’s gritty collection of poetry and prose, The Weeping Degree: How Astrology Saved Me From Suicide, published by Wild Rising Press, was an International Amazon Bestseller and a five-star finalist in The Wishing Shelf Indie Book Awards, U.K., 2024. A frequent flyer on literary longlists, Watt has published two previous books—the gothic novel Mad Dog, Doubleday Canada (2001) which was a Globe and Mail notable book 2001 and the mini book, Camino Meditations, by Hamilton Stone Editions, U.S. (2014). Watt has lived in five countries, but she now lives in Ontario with her partner and some diverse goldfish. You can find out more about her at: Website: www.kellywatt.ca
