Description

I went to Infowars studios today to interview the intrepid INFOWARS crew during the secret auction of the Free Speech Monolith. That's right secret Auction or sealed bid Auction. Per usual the rules were changed at the last minute.

Interested Parties were required to submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving additional information and bid materials.

The rules of the sealed bid offering included:

Confidentiality: Bidders submit their offers without revealing their prices or proposals to others.

Single submission: Each bidder can only submit one offer.

Simultaneous submission: All bids are submitted at the same time, usually by a specified deadline.

Awarding: The contract is awarded to the bidder with the highest (or lowest, depending on the procurement type) responsive and responsible bid, meeting all specified requirements.

As of airing of this news report, INFOWARS still has no indication as to what transpired. But let's delve into the heart and soul of what 80 million in Lawfare dollars can do to people just trying to protect their liberties.

Now available Monday-Friday at 6 pm Central time as long as the 1st Amendment continues as the Law of the Land. Bowne Report will remain free until mid November.
