Well here we go again, Infowars as a brand and a physical space of Free Speech Information is once again facing the totalitarian propaganda firing squad. For most of us, the shock and awe has subsided after years of fighting back in the Federal Bankruptcy Court in Houston. And at this point the boy that cried wolf has been outfitted with a ball gag and been told to sit down and shut up.
So alot of us have come to the conclusion, “I’ll believe it when I see it”. Meanwhile, all that this delay has done is weaken and expose the loaded argument made by the piranha swarm of lawyers and DOJ establishment thrashing about feeding on the bloated corpse of their own lies. While Alex Jones and the Infowars crew prepared for the next phase, come what may. Honestly, a year ago we weren’t completely prepared. But now, we won’t miss a beat. The awful truth will carry on come hell or highwater.
Infowars to these people insisting on ending it, broadcasts a message that is so threatening and so powerful that their very existence was jeopardized. And thanks to the Trump Administration we learned that the FBI had been surveilling Infowars since 2013. Which is not a small task, that requires a sign off by superiors every few months. The establishment has been appalled by the broadcasting of the awful truth for 12 years. Just one hour of listening to the truth was like the noon day sun to a vampire. Of course they publicly categorize it as lies and nonsense, to their own detriment. But anyone that ever actually listened knows better and they were educated in the process. Reassured that there were other people out there just like them that knew something was…….off. And that translates to millions upon millions of people that weren’t ever given an invitation to “The Club”. While offshoots of Infowars claimed pedestals in emerging podcasting platforms that were arrogantly overlooked by the dying establishment media.
One of my family member’s leftist friends once said to me after asking whether I still worked for Infowars “Have you or Alex discovered the bigfoot piloting the flying saucers over California yet?” and then laughed at me like I was a pitiful cult member retard to be put in my place. I simply replied, ”Have you ever actually watched the show?”. They replied “Why would I ?”.
Well if that person had even borrowed a tiny pair of nuts and simply listened at noon central to one hour of the Alex Jones Show on any given weekday. They would come to the revelation that we are discussing topics that the left doesn’t have the critical thinking fortitude to swallow cognitively. It hurts their brains. The wiring gets fried. That is why they are “the left”. As they are being shoved into the dark corners of American culture as new Generations, harmed by their hubris ridden rule, emerge.
Big boy pants stuff, like the truth behind the genocidal covid vaccine rollout or the 112 years that we have been occupied by a foreign globalist banking system or the unyielding corruption of a Government wielding legalized propaganda, human trafficking and dabbling in an AI fueled Chinese style technocratic surveillance state cooked up by treasonous think tanks, silicon valley sociopaths and globalist confabs. A constant education of the true players manning the levers of our existence. You know the important s**t that is killing humanity. And even, yep, the left.
Sure every once in a while, and its actually pretty damn rare, we might discuss interdimensional beings or supernatural and spiritual topics. But it always comes back to how they relate to the big awful truth picture. But more importantly we name big names. Power mad names that thought they were insulated and untouchable as they continued to fester in our Republic like a cancer and do more damage.
Naming them because they have zero recourse in a court room, because discovery is a b***h. And so that is why we are here. This was a court room that they could infiltrate. Where they could burrow in and find a warm home. That is why Alex Jones has been vilified by every elitist publication in the United States, even as the left’s ill gotten cultist message burns. And that is why the entire Sandy Hook lawsuit debacle has been a show trial. A sick joke where evidence of ordering our listeners to piss on graves was nonexistent, a claim instead originating from the sick minds of the left’s socialist regime at their skin crawling cocktail parties. Why would we even have malice toward the horrific tragedy that unfolded? Personally, I remember that day and I was emotionally devastated. We merely had questions. Questions protected by the First Amendment. And if they can get away with this. Then the First Amendment is effectively DOA. And that is why this is so damned important. If the questions we asked turn out to be relevant ten years down the road, then what happens to future questions by other truth seekers about similar future tragedies? Questions that can be answered in the court of public opinion. Questions that can be investigated and dismissed or revealed for the truth behind them?
For those of you new to this, the latest ruling follows Alex Jones’ defamation judgments for questioning if the 2012 Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax, with Connecticut and Texas awarding the families approximately $1.3 billion in 2022. And for three years it has become abundantly clear that this was no routine defamation case. And now with the recent revelations of Alex Jones being on a Bill Barr led DOJ hit list, the tentacles are coming into view. This was never about rewarding the grieving families, it was about silencing the stinging questions haunting the establishment. Controlling their super duper important narrative sustaining their feed trough and control grid.
So as it stands, on August 14, 2025, The New York Times reported that Texas judge, Maya Guerra Gamble, ordered the assets of InfoWars’ parent company, Free Speech Systems, to be turned over to a court appointed receiver for liquidation to help pay over $1 billion owed to the Sandy Hook families, now potentially shutting down the platform.
The receiver has broad authority to seize and sell InfoWars’ assets within 5 days of the ruling, including studio equipment, domain names, and the brand itself, and can change locks, access storage facilities, and control websites, with assistance from law enforcement if needed. The new ruling allows The Onion to potentially revive its bid to acquire InfoWars and transform it into a satirical platform, an outcome that will be the Left’s greatest masterpiece of failure. An outcome that I am actually very curious to witness.
A wake up call of hot coffee tossed in the face of the dying establishment as millions of people rip The Onion’s lame ass bizarre twisted mocking of free speech on an acquired platform they never had the balls to understand. Like an insolent child inheriting a woodchipper without reading the manual and crawling in to see how it works. As leftist activist pseudo boomer comedy like SNL, Colbert, and Howard Stern twist in the wind, the timing is perfect for the Onion and its handful of derelict supporters to face the stark reality that they ignored in real time.
Of course, Alex Jones and the Infowars crew have vowed to continue broadcasting under a new brand if the sale proceeds. Legal experts suggest the state court process may allow faster and more flexible asset liquidation compared to federal bankruptcy proceedings. Alex Jones’ lawyer, Ben Broocks, has indicated plans to appeal the August 13, 2025, Texas state court ruling by Judge Maya Guerra Gamble. Broocks argued that the court was misled about bankruptcy rulings prohibiting such actions. With decisions subject to approval from Christopher Murray, the Chapter 7 trustee overseeing Jones’ personal bankruptcy in Houston.
The Sandy Hook families, particularly those from Connecticut, stating the receivership is a critical step toward holding Jones accountable, while the attorneys, who have been the true financial beneficiaries thus far of the entire debacle, emphasized the true goal of dismantling Infowars. The allegations of asset shielding, including transfers to his wife and father, continue to persist in the ongoing personal bankruptcy case.
The order follows the dismissal of Free Speech Systems’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2024, after which the Trustee, Murray was given control of Infowars assets, and comes after a federal bankruptcy judge rejected a proposed sale of InfoWars to The Onion in December 2024 due to what turned out to resemble a rigged auction. Regardless of what the Onion claimed publicly. The receivership has targeted the Connecticut families’ judgments, with a hearing scheduled for September 16, 2025, to consider extending it to the Texas judgment and to counter claim that Alex Jones filed a false affidavit about Free Speech Systems’ assets. When will enough be enough for the lawfare crazed Legion of doom?
But once the smoke clears, the road ahead looks very bright to the Infowars crew. And through it all, the players behind the scenes, hell bent on damaging the First Amendment, have been exposed. A buffet of dirty illegal lawfare tricks have yet to be dealt with. And nothing less than Free Speech hangs in the balance. The fat lady hasn’t even woken up to drink her tea yet. As one book closes another one opens. So it goes with the Saga of Infowars.
